We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

All new clients are offered a free 30-minute initial consultation. This allows you to meet with a coach, discuss your goals, and determine if our services are the right fit for you before making any financial commitment. No refund is applicable for free consultations as no payment is required.

This refund policy applies equally to both virtual (online) and in-person coaching sessions. Technical difficulties during virtual sessions will not be counted against you. If a virtual session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full credit for that session.
