When you submit a consultation request through our Website, you are requesting to schedule a coaching session. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize the booking.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from SpeakPro Academy via email. Until confirmation is received, no binding contract exists for the coaching services.
You may reschedule any coaching session with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or counted as a completed session.
All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
We accept payment through methods specified during the booking process. Full payment or deposit (as specified in your package) is required to confirm your booking.
Coaching packages must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase (typically within 12 months). Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited without refund.
